Overview

Cyberspace Solutions, a Crimson Phoenix company is seeking an Intelligence Analyst II with an active TS/SCI security clearance to support an ongoing program with a government customer.

 

This individual must be willing to work assigned shift work which is determined by the customer.

  • The predominate schedules are:
    • 0600-1400 Mon-Fri; 1400-2200 Mon-Fri; 1400-2400 Mon-Thur (10 hour shifts)
    • 0500-1500 Sun-Wed (10 hour shifts)  0500-1500 Wed-Sat (10 hour shifts)
    • 1200-2200 Sun-Wed (10 hour shifts) 1200-2200 Wed-Sat (10 hour shifts)
    • 2100-0700 Sun-Wed (10 hour shifts) 2100-0700 Wed-Sat (10 hour shifts)

Responsibilities

The Intelligence Analyst II shall, at the direction of the government, provide services to include:

  • Work in a 24/7/365 Operations Center, providing identity resolution, screening, encounter management, and watch-listing services to the Intelligence Community.
  • Serve as a liaison on behalf of the Threat Screening Center, analyzing and completing encounters submitted by the U.S. Intelligence Community, Federal, State, Local Law Enforcement, and International Partners. 
  • Utilize various classified/unclassified government databases daily to conduct analysis and identity resolution for all domestic and international encounters involving a possible threat to the community. 
  • Establish relationships and correspondence with contracting and customer personnel in order to produce finished intelligence reports. 
  • Prepares parts of more complex studies or reports which include all aspects related to their specifically defined geographic or functional areas.
  • Prepares basic-descriptive and current-reportorial intelligence reports, collection manuals, and instructions to field collectors in their assigned area of responsibility.
  • Provides intelligence and threat analysis of the information that is tailored to the customer's requirements.
  • Evaluates incoming reports and information.
  • Presents briefings to personnel designated by the customer.
  • Apply knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations, policies, and precedents which affect the use of program and related support resources in the area studied
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, in order to tactfully and persuasively advise and guide executive management relative to a variety of issues which can be delicate in nature; includes making presentations and preparing complete, clear, and concise formal and informal reports, correspondence, briefings, charts, tables, and graphs that are distributed throughout the TSC and its partner agencies.

As a member of the Terrorist Review and Examination Unit (TREX), the required duties are as follows: 

  • Prepare various intelligence products shaped to specific terrorist threats worldwide. 
  • Piece together information from multiple data sources 
  • Provide intelligence and threat analysis tailored to specific requirements. 
  • Evaluate multiple intelligence sources for relevant information pertinent to current requirements. 
  • Build intelligence information products, to include formal presentations involving Microsoft Office  
  • suite of tools. 
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, gathered intelligence information, in both written and spoken  
  • form. 
  • Work schedule must conform to customer’s work schedule, may be required to support 24/7  
  • operations.
  • Professional representation of the TSC at all time, while on the phone and thru written means  
  • (email, skype, etc.) 

Qualifications

An Intelligence Analyst II candidate shall possess the following qualifications:

  • Masters degree in any discipline and 1 year experience in a related field; B.A./B.S.degree in any discipline and 2 years of relevant experience; A.A./A.S. degree in any discipline and 4 years of relevant experience; or 6 years of relevant experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of full-time relevant experience
  • Requires an Active TS with ability to obtain and maintain an SCI and polygraph
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing terrorism related topics.
  • Professional briefing and communication skills and ability to work effectively and harmoniously with fellow team members.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Attention to detail, ability to work with multiple systems at the same time
  • Microsoft Office products knowledge, particularly inputting data into a document/database
  • Quick learner of new/unknown databases and how to perform the job duties according to training
  • Punctuality, shift work requires each individual to be on time and ready to work
