Overview

Cyberspace Solutions is seeking a Senior Network Development Analyst with an active TS/SCI security clearance to support an ongoing program with a government customer.

Responsibilities

Supporting DIA’s Asia Pacific Regional Center (APRC), the Senior Network Development Analyst shall, at the direction of the government, provide services to include:

  • Liaise between Strategic Analysts and Collectors to identify intelligence gaps and develop methods to resolve intelligence gaps
  • Identify critical nodes within a political, military, or other strategic-level network and associated key facilitators, enablers, and decision makers
  • Gather intelligence and information from multiple sources and disciplines and fuse the information and intelligence into ICD 203 and 206 compliant analytic products.
  • Coordinate analytic assessments and products with relevant stakeholders across DIA, DoD, and the IC.
  • Author and co-author properly formatted, comprehensive, and professional strategic products, typically within the DIA product line (e.g. DI Short, DID Article, etc.).
  • Provide accurate, substantive advice and assessments to the government customer when requested and participate in DIA and IC working groups and meetings as needed.
  • Coordinate and participate in briefings for senior administration and DoD executives as needed.
  • Follow DIA’s processes and procedures for delivering comprehensive, strategic analysis focused on an assigned area of interest.
  • Follow DIA’s processes and procedures for initiating untasked production (initiative production) on an assigned area of interest.

Qualifications

A Senior Network Development Analyst candidate shall possess the following qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree or higher in any discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of full-time All Source Analysis and/or Network Development experience.
  • Experience identifying critical nodes within a political, military, or other strategic-level network and identifying key facilitators, enablers, and decision makers
  • Experience identifying intelligence gaps and working with Collection Manager and Collection Requirements Managers to mitigate or resolve intelligence gaps
  • Experience working collaboratively to unify Strategic Analysis efforts with Collection efforts to ensure unity of effort to answer Key Intelligence Questions (KIQ)
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing military, geo-political, or similar mission areas focused on the East Asia region.
  • Professional briefing and communication skills and ability to work effectively and harmoniously with fellow team members.

A Senior Network Development Analyst candidate is preferred, but not required, to possess the following:

  • Experience analyzing political, military, or cultural issues related to countries in East Asia
  • Experience writing finished intelligence (FINTEL) products compliant with Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203, 206, and 208
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, or National Security Studies.
  • Language skills relevant to languages commonly used in the East Asia region.
  • Current CI Polygraph.
