We are in search of an experienced HR Generalist – HRIS Analyst who will be responsible for applying business knowledge and Human Resources expertise.  The successful candidate will have responsibility for the following: assist in providing a wide range of HR support and advice; handle the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office; and will function as the HRIS Administrator. The HR Generalist – HRIS Analyst will be directly involved in the administration of Human Resources policies, procedures and programs, including administration of the HRIS.

Responsibilities

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide quality advice and service to management and employees regarding daily operations
  • Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
  • Design, maintain, and support the HRIS in support of the organization’s data management and reporting needs
  • Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of organizational data with all HR systems
  • Create standard and ad hoc queries and reports
  • Provide data summaries for strategic planning or decision making
  • Ensure compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting
  • Assist with employee onboarding, development, and training processes
  • Assist with employee safety, welfare, wellness and health

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required from a four-year accredited institution
  • Four to six years of recent and related experience
  • Knowledge and experience with HRIS software and digital technology
  • Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and web searches
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively balancing multiple priorities simultaneously

Preferred Skills:

  • ADP experience strongly preferred
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
