Illuminate Mission Solutions seeks exceptionally qualified individuals to serve as SIGINT Analysts at the senior level in support of a USSOCOM contract. The contract will require intelligence analysts capable of fusing intelligence information from multiple disciplines, to include Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), Counter Intelligence (CI), All-Source Analysts, Targeting Analysts, Collection Management, as well as Industrial Security Professionals. The analysts will have advanced targeting skills and a thorough understanding of the operational cycle as well as the data, tools, and techniques used for each phase of targeting. The analysts shall have firsthand experience targeting networks or individuals within networks and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation. The analysts interested in this opportunity must have experience in several of the aforementioned disciplines. Employees on this contract will be responsible for providing intelligence analysis and all aspects of information gathering, research, threat assessments, Client development and predictive analysis as part of a Special Operations Forces (SOF) analytical team. Employees must maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones. Deployments may be to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods.
Contractor shall coordinate and collaborate with analysts from across the IC as required. Intelligence products will be delivered by deadlines, which occasionally may be very short at times, as determined by the government. The contractor shall collaborate and coordinate with analysts across the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) to develop collection and production requirements that address USSTRATCOM needs and provide evaluation/feedback of serialized IC reporting to inform collectors of the value of the information. The contractor shall provide inputs to government administrative products including production reports & statistics, trend data, maintaining web-based sites and portals, maintaining mission databases and analytical visualization tools (e.g. Excel), weekly activity reports, etc. The contractor shall build and maintain continuity books, standard operating procedures (SOP), spreadsheets and visualization charts, such as Analyst Notebook, to ensure all research and background knowledge is captured and documented. Continuity books will record and document research, search queries, and intelligence analysis techniques and will include area of responsibility points of contact. The contractor shall maintain situational awareness of adversary cyberspace threats and provide indications and warning of cyberspace related threats to USSTRATCOM networks, critical infrastructure USSTRATCOM depends on to conduct operations, or indications of strategic attack targeting the United States and our allies as defined in Command Warning Problems. Contractor will review Warning Problems and update indicators, normalcy statements, and other parts of the problems as required.
